We get it. The role of a designer can be quite demanding.
It’s easy to get lost in the stress and pressure of deadlines, constraints, criticisms and conflicts and then feel like you’re the only one who gets it. It can also be super hard to find the right place to open up and be vulnerable at work.
We create a space for designers to learn and be heard.
At Therapy For Designers, we invite designers from all disciplines, life stages and industries to come together.
We share our challenges, insights and experiences to build a growth mindset as a group, developing stronger self awareness and strengthening your capabilities.
Together, we forge a supportive sense of belonging through shared understanding.
We run face to face group sessions once a month in Melbourne and Sydney for designers from any discipline, any industry.
From architecture to product design, fashion or graphics to digital, UX, UI, Service Design - you name it - we welcome all of you!
The sessions are ticketed for 12 attendees only, with the therapy hour split into 2 groups of 6 and facilitated by our experienced design leaders. Location varies.
